Is this to be considered a war declarationa against the British? One thing is supporting a revolution, but declaring war against the British/French is another thing .
Also, France and Britain guaranteed the independence of Finland so I guess we are at war.

mmm... for the time being, USA will keep her neutrality.
Nevertheless, feel free to send your ambassadors to speak with USA

Sadened to hear that war is unprovokely unleashed upon Europe. Were does Germany and Italy stand on this matter?

Up to now, the axis does not see any point in joining a side, this could change but isn't expected to. Yet should a party, while warring, threaten the Integrity of Germany we will certainly react accordingly.
To weather this conflict the Fuhrer considers blocking the Mare Balticum but thi, too, isn't decided yet.Ceterum censeo that trade units are included!!

Finland was a democratic country. We were not even allies of the germans. We were just friends

500 gold can't possibly pay the cost of x (several?) cruisers! Nice try!
France will respect German neutrality. However, Norway and Sweden has allowed France and GB to sail through their waters in order to assist their nordic brothers in Finland.

A couple of thousand gold would probably cover some of the damage. You would have to sell a lot of improvements to cover that. And you would probably have to pay monthly dues for some years.
At least that would be my demands had I been Britain.

btw, someone must have crossed 'the Istanbul strait' in order to engage in sea fighting. That's against the houls rules you know .
