Just tried again...

No connection.

May want to try saving the game (add an "a" or "b", etc. to the end of the default save name, for some reason pittboss doesn't overwrite correctly all the time).

After saving the current turns, shut down computer, wait a few min, then reboot everything.

ok it crashed over the night so I reloaded a save I made right when people were telling me they couldn't connect. Should be ok now.

Dacole - the changing IP thing is not going to work over the long term. Either pick one or talk to snnopy about the alternative.

I do not change it myself I have a dynamic ip which is why I use DynDNS Updater I am dacole on there if you go back and look in the thread you can see where I posted that I was using this and how to use it.

Two questions for ya Dacole...

1. Is barbs on?

2. Is it one island per person?

Barbs are on yes, you start of on 1 island but there are other unclaimed islands I set it so there were several large islands per person in the setup. I of course have not seen the map so I have no idea how many per person there are.

On another topic we don't want you to leave in the diplo game!! We still think we can work out getting you connected!
