Our raiding partydiplomats approach the settlement...

And due to an unfortunate incident with the local hero, slaughter them all. Poor as they might have been, our Quechua's pay is assured with the 27 gold recovered.

Hunting discovered. Since our homelands seems so poor, I command my people to create digging tools for later use (Mining started).

Our Quechua dislikes these shivering surroundings, but presses on nevertheless.

A fishing boat leaves the shore, and spreads its nets on the clam fields. The riches of the sea find their way into the Palace. With all this abundance, our people go on a more merry livestyle which will eventually lead to a new generation of sturdy workers.

        3360bc
Vast subarctic wastes exist here, but not much else...

        3320bc
Rumour reaches my ears of a new form of worship in yonder lands, it seems called hind-uism.

        3280bc
In anticipation of offering my reign, the place our Quechua's long to be...

Mining is discovered. I have put Bronze Working in the pipeline, but if the next Fearless Leader has other wishes...

In any case, the progress our empire has made the last few centuries starts to show.

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

Oh, but in those 8 hours I had to battle meltwater in my house , do some thinking on the Moonmod, eat, try to sort out a gold bug from the PBEM next door and play this game. Quite filled I would say.
