The inca warrior near our land is a potential threat. we have 3 workers and soon a settlers there. We need to make a diplo effort to make sure they won't attack us. either by sking them to not come closer, or by signing a treaty of non aggression.

My suggestion for a response to the Aztecs:

Hail Ruler of the Aztecs,

With regard to the suggestions you recently sent to us, we believe it is premature to discuss treaties or to delineate borders between our two lands as much of the territory in question remains unexplored and because of the great distance between our two kingdoms. We would look favorably to revisiting these issues at a future date after we both have a better understanding of the areas and distances involved. We would like to discuss opening borders though so that we can both benefit from the increased trade and possible expansion of religions as these would be mutually beneficial outcomes for both of us.

As for other civs, we currently have meet two other civs only one of which is even remotely close to our homeland. How many civs have you encountered so far?

Someone else can do the Inca which have been ignored without response for something like a month now. I suggest someone step up and cover diplomacy with the Inca.

I just had a look at Civstats and today our friends the Aztec (Civplayers) are 2nd in the score table, after RB. OK I know things change and we are going to get a boost soon, but the Aztecs have been consistently in the upper portion of the civstats table.

So it might just be a good idea to cement a closer relationship with the Aztecs for a long period.

The aztec got 32 points from Oracle+free tech. they are doing great, but not really ahead of us. (soon we will lose in scores big time, fallingin the second half, but still it won't matter-(the reason is that we will start slaving in every city)
