Draft communique

Greeting friends of the Holy Roman Empire.

Maybe reconnect with the Aztecs and say that now they have explored north, they have a better idea of the territory between us. Ask if they have a coastal city with whom we might establish trade. Also ask again about what other civs they have met, apart from Zulu and Inca.

You might also contact the Inca and inquire how their war is going,saying we hope their Great General will inspire them.

As you can see our scout (chariot) has reached one of your cities, thereby we respectfully ask to grant them free passage over your land. By signing an Open Border treaty our nations can get closer to each other and soon we would be able to trade. We would also welcome your reprsentatives in our cities.

I expect that they will refuse this offer, but then we will send a second message offering them gold and reminding them that it1s in our interest to work together againt RB for example.

BTw we should look for allies, right now inca and zulu are not worthy, so either the aztec or HRE.
