Destiny of Empires [Diplo Game] [Organization Thread]
Something wierd just happened... When I ended my turn, the turn rolled... I was not expecting that, since PYt log showed Natives AND Japan as not having ended turn. But now that I think about it the "waiting for YOU" was flashing at the bottom of the screen but I ignored it, since PYT log was clearly showing that natives and Japan had not clicked 'End Turn.'
Anyway, as soon as I saw the turn rolling I immediately clicked to exit the game, you can see I logged out the same minute that PYT rolled...
However, I can fully understand, especially under these circumstances if Aztec wants a reload and I fully support them getting one if they want it. Reloading to my last save file will probably restore the game with 2 hours left and it can just be paused for me, then I can log in finish my moves and let the timer roll naturally.
Again I apologize to everyone if I caused the game to be reloaded again totally my fault.

At some point we have to take people on their word. If you ended the turn, and simply exited, then I don't see any issue. Then again, I didn't see any issue with the Aztecs logging in a second time to look around. As I said, I take folks at their word.
I certainly hope its okay to play. I'd prefer to take the Ottomans at their word that they didn't get any boost by this, though I also would have preferred to take the Aztecs at their word before this whole reload mess started.
Yea, I agree with both of you. I'd prefer to take the Ottomans and the Aztecs at their word. Yet we have to treat them the same. So since we reloaded because Aztecs looked at the map we have to reload now because the Ottomans logged in during the turn roll over.

Ultimately it isn't Ozzy's call, it is Robert's, but as much as I'd personally hate another reload, I agree with it since we already did the other one.
Both Natives and Japan have a mod loaded, that shows up as *MOD* in front of their name on the Pitboss Server Window.
A civ that ended his turn has a * in front of his name on the Pitboss Server Console.
That is most probably the reason that Natives and Japan never (almost never) have their turn stated as ended on PYT.
PYT is simply confused.
It seems like the Natives and Japan did indeed end their turn.
The reason that we do not see the Ottomans turn as being ended on PYT is b/c when a civ ends the entire turn his own turn ending is not recorded b/c it never is shown on the Pitboss Server Console.
So that means that the Ottoman's story seems to be true.
That doesn't mean that the Ottoman player didn't quickly move any unit before he quickly left the game.
If the Aztecs can confirm this, and agrees with continuing, then we continue.
If he thinks that the Ottomans did something before they left, then we reload. Simply b/c of what Ozzy said, we did that as well when the Aztecs were in a simular situation.
