No, but since there's this measured war concept, there's not much you can do

Nah, I'm pacifist. I just wonder if i see a stack of warriors next to my borders in the 20th turn: should I start worry? . Could be a good strategy to get some early vassals, slave workers or just choke your possible rivals. But if no forced peace then not.. I can start the game by building 5-6 warriors for defense. And when they are there and I see no attackers then I will use them for something else.. just not let them to be waste

Just curious why do you need Ozzy to start the game Robert? Ozzy was subbing for Her for the next few weeks only if i remember correctly.
