Just checking in to see where we stand with starting DoC ... appears a lot of debate is in progress.

My suggestion ... When the RULES are finally decided can we have a separate thread started with the RULES that are agreed and enforced? The rules should be updated at the top of the thread with any changes logged in the subsequent reply. Discussions on RULES and posts on violations in character should be placed in that thread too.

Robert I am starting on the form for scoring based on the discussions in this thread. Please send me the final requirements for scoring. I see there is a fair play question now. Does that replace one of the previous ratings for diplomatic, story telling/role playing and military actions? Or is it new?

WarningU2, fair play replaces 'military', but there's a new name for it.

Cool lay out (Especially compared to the 'civpicker' )

For now two things and 1 questions;
- can you make the score-inputs radio-buttons (horizontal) for easier voting. (now every rating takes 2 clicks, and some require scrolling as well).

- We had the intention to not use e-mail accounts for this game, perhaps you can let player register their e-mail address in this application, and also make their leader's name dependant on the name/password they have to enter to access the voting tool.

One question: does it filter out the votes one gives to himelf? (ie. I picked Arabas (first pick) and was also able to rate the arabs.)

It looks really good and will help us a lot to improve the voting!

(not all players changed their password, so I handed out new ones to make sure that I would not find out who's playing which civ b/c I recognized the initial password).

You can find your account password by logging in to the civpicker again.
You're free of course to change your apolyton account password.

The first turn will last 3 days, it'll advance to the next (8 hour) turns as soon as everyone played their first turn. Please play as soon as possible!

I'll start the story thread somewhere today or tomorrow as well.
