I have traded a tech for a voucher

Can people at least indicate who they trade with? You don't need to say what techs were taken, but since not everyone posts here to announce their tech trades, if we can at least get one of the trade partners to post we can keep a better tally. Especially report the person who is spending vouchers. If you spend a voucher yourself, then I guess it is less important to name the other person. But we need to keep track of spent vouchers.

Sorry, the dust up in the org thread almost made me forget this.

Traded 3 Voltans and 1 voucher to Khmer for four techs (so they remain the same).

This leaves Korea with FOUR vouchers remaining and ZERO voltans remaining.

And an impossible war on their hands as well.
