Please all remember...

When you are trading a tech no need to mention who got it.

When you trade a voucher, you must disclose who received it so their tally can be accounted for.

Also, regarding Inca...

They have shown a blatent disregard for our tech trade rules concerning posting. I motion to ban all tech trading with Inca REGARDLESS of if they now disclose old trades.

I don't see how they are going to give an accurate count anyway.
