When i have a SPARE unit that is nto performing any other role i will send one. Other nations obviously having a much easier time than we are and have SPARE units.

We have met every nation so we are happy to let our ambasseder deal with this.

But it seems that unless we station a SPARE unit in the city of meeting we are not involved.

Why?

WHY: Rollplay - to have a convention, representatives need to be physically present (it does not matter what those representatives are, military, worker, settler, great person, missionary...as long as someone from your empire is physically present for the discussions.

I imagine a roll-call will be held at the convention start and any nations who do not have representation will - well, let's just say, be considered against the meeting in the first place (and subject to the fallout resulting from any agreements made with participating members).

Davros, you are a free nation like the rest of us. It is your choice. You have NO output since I have agreed to gift you the unit needed to make the trip - but, in the end, it is your choice, and yours alone to make.

Yeah, I agree with Wydanot. I didn't even have contact with Piercia, but I got the Greeks to relay a message from Korea that we are on our way. We have to sail all the way around the southern portion of our continent, but we'll get there. Also why are we talking about this in the Tech Trade thread?
