I won't be there this weekend, 100%. I'll see what I can do about a sub. I sure hope Otts can play this week, then I can grab agreatagent for my sub.

Agent is cool and a great player too. He is a creative writer (prof of theater) so I'd love to see him do stories with us. Perhaps he might suggest something to others when he subs, or better yet, give him his own civ for the duration.

Pitboss on a regular basis NO.. I can't promise to log in daily to play as I'm returning to school in July.

During the week pitboss game... erm... lots of hastle for just 5-7 turns?

In a long standing pitboss game I found myself chained to the computer at a certain time since we were never really sure when the turn would end, if everyone showed up before their habitual time. The start of a new turn adjusted my real life schedule when everyone checked in and finished promptly.

btw, as far as the earlier comment about a weak civ never being able to recover... I agree that Nolan has done a great job with Russia. Also, America was pretty dismally in last place when I first came on the scene. Now... well America will never win this game, the civ is certainly competitive.

People also like to forget that France was last place for most of the early game.

I think there is currently no lower civ that is stuck, by that I mean as in that they can not advance or improve immensly.

Hmm, I hate to rain on the party, but it seems to be looking rather grim for this weekend.


Will know for sure on saturday, but one hour early is a must if I will be able to.

I am on stand by and ready to play - this week next week or when ever. I ve done enough to try and organize next session. After all we need 9 ppl to say something. Lately it has been only France, me and Ottos who have said something about next session.

Again France can you share why you can't make morning sessions? I myself as Mongolia wonder why you can't play so early in the morning.

Anyway for the rest of the players move your a.ss as Scooter says and say something.

DO we play with sub America (France if you are not here maybe try a sub?)

Nothing better as having the whole group playing - but what are the chances that we will get the original 9 players available together again - hasn't happened for a while now.

Play or no play this week I am fine with it. But what about next week and the ones following. Next week we may lack Ottos, Mali etc.

Starting an hour earlier is ok with me, if that helps get a game going, but I think some others may have to rise very early for that and may not like it.

Also, what are we going to do about Carpathia? They have been AI for what, 5 weeks now? It doesn't at all seem like their player will be returning. It may be time to discuss dividing up his land....
