It's not really an island map, it's a map with 3-4 continents, that are all connected to each other by islands. So there are many islands, and you can already discover all other civs long before astronomy (With the tweaks Ozzy made, the 'unchanged' big and small may give 'unconnected' continents as well)Formerly known as "CyberShy"
