I'm ok with everything you said, you are very welcomed, but this game will start at the end of the month (August not July)

the end of august? ah. I dont know how long it will last (seeming we will play on epic) and without any technical difficulties I figured we might be finished in 8-10 sessions, or at least be well on our way to the end. if you're starting in the end of august, then I'll only have september to play and that's just 4-5 sessions, too short to really get started.

a shame really, I'd love play again. but otoh, it's probably better if I wait then. I could always volunteer for subbing, but if I'm not dedicated to play, then I suspect I will be out most friday nights. but CS, send me a sms if you need any subs. I might be available occasionally (since I'm trying to save money for the trip).

Ok, I've got a pretty good map set up. It is a large, low-sea level map. There is more than enough room imho.

Did you have to fix any bad land starts, just curious?

Also were any adjustments made to the land to add some strategically important locations, that would be nice

I did a bit of fixing bad starts, but most of them were pretty good imho. I might take another look.

I moved some people around too. Well two players. There were two players on a rather small and ice covered continent, and one player who was alone on a much larger and lusher continent. So I moved one player to the bigger continent.

On the big continent two players started kinda close to each other, so I moved one just a few tiles further away. Not terribly far away, maybe I could go a few more tiles, but I didn't want to mess with it too much.

I connected continents & islands so no one should be isolated.

I didn't do anything to create any strategically important locations. I can see what I can do.

It is a fairly interesting map, now that I"ve seen everything and tweaked it, I want to play, haha.

Glad things are moving into the right direction.
I'm all for starting earlier! The gametime isn't perfecte for me at all! Starting 1-1,5 hours earlier would be AWESOME for me!

I'd love it if LzPrst would join this game (though he shouldn't leave if he's losing )

Game will be played every Friday starting at 6:30pm - 10pm eastern time. I'm flexible if ppl want to adjust the starting time by the way.

Ah, thats fine. The game would start at 4:30pm here, that would be less than an hour after my final class for that day. But the 1st game (31st of August, right?) I should be free any time (can't promise nothing though)

I won't be moving until 1st September the earliest. The dorm is going to give us internet with the room, so that shouldn't be a problem (but for all I know, could be dial-up )

What all that means is I'll be at home for the 1st game, and in the dorms for the rest of the game (maybe)
