Yes we already have a Germany which is Frank. And also the final changes have been made So i guess you have to play Stalin, your 1st pick.

- you can't be Portugal, we already have a Portugal in de game
- you can't be Germany, we already have a Germany in the game.

So far you're still Russia as you requested first.
I'm not sure if it's possible to change civs at this moment, since Ozzy most probably has finalized the map already.

To answer your question: it's the map Big & Small.
There are many islands and a few continents. (but all are populated from the beginning) (the islands aren't populated though)
