Right now, London is at GMT+1 (I should know, having lived here all my life). We are operating on BST or British Summer Time. The only difference between UTC and GMT is that UTC is an average of several calculations from around the world, GMT is only the Greenwich Observatory calculation.

If we begin next month, I should be fine. My only conflicting possibility would be that my band and I often practice on weekends. However, if we start in September, I should be able to put our rehearsals around this playing time.

So yes, I can make this time under that circumstance.

Technology trading rule conclusion

We have a grand majority who votes for the tech rule.
I think that Kuno will agree with the rule as well. Capo may have issues with it. Anyway, the majority goes for TORaCTT right now.

Some have expressd concerns with the rule though. We could do a revote on some small changes, ie. unlimited or once or prett instead of the current 'twice' part of the rule.

I think that would only result in continueing babling and talking about the rules without getting anywhere! Remember that TORaCTT is already a compromis.

- some want unlimited tech trading
- some want only trade every tech once.
result: twice is a compromis between unlimited and once. (it's leaning more towards 'once' then to 'unlimited' as well)

I get the feeling that a vote might turn out:
- once (2 or 3 votes) (deity, ozzy, maybe capo)
- unlimited (3 votes) (MMC, Prussia, CyberShy)
- PRETT (3 votes) (LzPrst, 2 more)
so in the end we won't get anywhere. That's why I say: let's just stick to the compromis and not open another can of worms.. We may want to evaluate it after something like 5 sessions though.

If you guys disagree with me, say so, if a majority voices that they wants a re-vote then I'll start a revote, right now I won't start one since I don't believe it'll bring us anywhere.

Gametime conclusion

I think that both Kuno and Capo will be able to play at the proposed time. (since they were able to play that time during HOTW5 as well)

The result is that all but civil_obedience can play at that time. Eventhough I don't expect that we can find a time that makes it possible for all of us to play I want to try it anyway. I think that only friday/saturday night or saturday/sunday night will work.

Me myself would prefer (I think with all euros) to start earlier (right now it's the middle of the night for us)
I just give some timezones and say 'yes' or 'no' to any of them. If it won't work out we play at the just accepted timezone.
