It's really sad that a minority of egocentric individuals can do so much damage...without even comprehending what it is they are doing.

If certain people would only learn that the world does not owe them everything they want & when they want it - then many people's jobs would be much easier.

Thanks for doing that. I was not trying to start a flame war about CFC, by the way, but was just expressing my frustration over what was happening in that thread (and its apparent successor thread). CFC is a good resource, particularly with regard to mods, map scripts, and the strategy article collection, but, frankly, the threads on the 3.13 patch and the way some people were acting there was just embarrassing.

You can have a dual-civ installation.
Make a copy of your BtS folder (rename it "Beyond the Sword v3.03" or something)
Do the same in your "My Games" folder (rename it exactly the same)

Then just start the game from the normal "Beyond the Sword" folder and patch it.
If you want to play the patch, start it from the 'normal' folder, if you want to play 3.03, playt it from the "Beyond the Sword v3.03" folder.

Though if you're busy beating my tri-league submission ignore the above, and just give up on it

It's 5:09pm here on the east coast, so I am guessing we won't be seeing the patch today. The question is if it's been delayed, or if 2k is just slow(which they seem to be). 2kgames doesn't even list Beyond the Sword under their support section.

I already have dual installs of both vanilla and warlords, but I was really hoping to not have to do it for BTS as well. CyberShy's attempt! I mean, great job!

It is hard to believe the game's been out for over 2 months already. Each day in wait makes it more difficult to accept we haven't had an official gameplay/bug patch.

I guess if the game wasn't so good, we wouldn't care on a day-today basis.

I lost the space race.
I was 2nd in score, master of 'my' island (vassalaged both other civs on it)
Gilgamesh was HUGE, he was the master of the civs on his island. It was just him vs me in the end. I think his SS arrived about 10 turns before the time limit.

I also was the first to submit my save, I think 8)
I'm really curious to what the others did.
