). Debates about which civs should be in and which civs shouldn't be in are endless, and given that we have enough (maybe too many), I think it's a needless endless debate to have. There are more important things that we could be doing (e.g. making mods with additional civs so that those interested in them can play them), and that Firaxis could be doing (e.g. using their artists' talent to make art for new scenarios and mods, or for making Victoria hotter).
