Watiggi: Yep. Though if you really can add multiple GGs to a single city, each granting the units produced there +2xp, i know what i will do with most of them once i find a nice heroic epic city.

Randolph: Eh no problem i could actually still bite myself for believing so long that it would in fact double, and for even bringing arguments why that would be a good thing. It would have been insane; having the 11th GG at 1024 times the cost of the 1st? I think not, now. Also, sorry for the harsh tone.
