This is normal Gandhi as we know and love him in Civ: a complete warmongering lunatic.

(There is an urban myth, saying that Firaxis tries to make Gandhi the peaceful leader he was each time they make a new civ, and they always fail. Perhaps not a myth after all. )

                Longest river?

Started a new game as Chinese / Qin: Continents, noble, everything
else standard. Playing a financial civ, I was hoping for a nice river...

                I'm not disappointed!

                        still some issues with AI

Here is a shot of a battleship sittign in a small pond with no place to go. Think maybe something else could have been built?

+234/turn and so much lead in points? Did someone play on an easy difficulity level?

depending on how far of a reach the battleship has, that could be an excellent (if expensive) way to wear down enemies approaching that city....

Yeah it was Noble, my second game IIRC. I loaded it back up today to build the nukes and see what they looked like.

Glad I did as I found out why they could not reach some fairly close places and the same for Stealth bombers.

If you can't see it, you can't bomb it. I just happen to send in a spy and thought of it. Sure enough now I could bomb the city with stealth or nukes.

Maybe, but I doubt many will come across the pole, especially as they have to come via my land.

Not sure when they build the BB, but that is a lot of hammoers they may have used to do something better.

OTOH, they game has been over for some time.
