I had a feeling that might have been the case, Geomodder, thats why I put it second. All Muslim 'temples' I have seen have been called 'prayer rooms' because-guess what? They are just areas where they go to to pray in peace and quiet !

This is the zoomed out global view -- I've seen several people requesting shots of this. From this view, you can access overlays showing things such as the worldwide distribution of each religion.



Air combat works in the same fashion as it did in Civ3. Here we have fighters circling above the city in "intercept" mode, waiting for incoming bombers. (Notice the lack of farms and mines... the AI is no longer reclutant to pillage anywhere and everywhere.)

Thx Jonny! What are all the little plus signs (for lack of a better description) all over the map on the last shot? Is that just another way of displaying th grid?

As you see, I have a stealth bomber selected in that last shot... the "boxed in" tiles denote the bomber's range.

Hey, I thought they said that the graphics for the fishing boats updated just like other terrain improvements-so why do your boats look like Chinese Junks Johnny?

PS: BTW, I strated another game after this, and it turned out to be the same map. And then I tried another two games again, and it was the same map again. There already is an entry about this in the bug thread, yes? (I know I've seen this issue brought up somewhere, just can't find the place again to confirm it... )

They aren't fishing boat improvements. They are the thingeys that indicate that the unimproved tile is being worked by the city (just like little hut on the land plots). The fishing boat improvement looks like a boat with a net cast out.
