As much as I like to hear about a new, official Colonization...

does that mean Civ4:BtS remains unfixed and hence, unfinished?

As Jon recently confirmed, another patch for BtS is still in the works.

        *cough* C3C *cought*

I will belive it once I see it.
Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.
The simple suggestion of a true change scandalizes and terrifies modern man. -Nicolás Gómez Dávila

I hadn't experienced the Conquests situation myself, but I'm told that it was announced that no more patches would come for Conquests. If they currently say they're working on a BtS patch, I believe that. As long as they don't say that it's cancelled...

At present yes, and I agree it is a concern that there is now another project that will no doubt take precedence over finishing BtS.

              Very cool news.

I was wondering when this was coming and in what form it'd take. Good news.

It's an idiotic acronym that poorly describes what you are doing, and what you are doing is rude anyhow, so it makes it even more rude... "Corrected" is much more accurate and polite (even if the action itself is just as rude), and is just about as fast to type.

"Corrected" would be rude. The acronym simply indicates someone adding something to the thought / conversation. Like all netlingo, it's shorthand.

I think everyone would agree your response was rude, whereas the thing you were responding to was subjective, at most. Your sensitivity does you no favors to those reading it and you do yourself a considerable disservice. I would suggest that if you find someone's actions offensive that you find a more polite way of telling them so.
