Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
I would like to see the Atlantians included, with mermaids and other nudities included arty:
Or perhaps, the Eskimos, with icebear riders
Or even some Scandinavian country, with Black/Death Metalheadz in modern/information age
No seriously, why not the Palestinians with terrorist units, and the American's with a special building called the WTC tower (increased wealth commerce cap )
PS: if anything of this message offends people, srry!

First thread I've had to move IN to the General forum.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Americans: Power Of Freedom
for traits I have no damned idea...
UU's:
-Abrams Tank
-Marine/Ranger (better infantry)
-B2 Bomber
-F22 Fighter
-MLRS
-Los Angeles attack sub
-Nimitz carrier
-Iowa battleship
-Ticonderoga (AEGIS) cruiser
-Apache helo
-Bradley/Stryker armored cav
-SAW MG
-Super Hornet/Tomcat Fighter-Bomber
-LAW Anti-Tank
-Better Flamethrowers
The Americans should suck till about the Modern age then start to absolutely rule with these UUs and economic and wonder bonuses (just like in real life). IF you could survive with mediocre traits and no UUs till VII that is. Perfect for the turtle maniac that breaks out at the end.
Indians: The Power Of Braham?
They get things like War Elephants for Heavy Cav.
Vikings: The Power Of Raid?
They get things like Longboats and bezerker infantry and have bonuses that favor a seafaring map.
Carthagians: The Power Of The Med?
Balanced UU's in the early ages with War Elephants and cheaper infantry. Seafaring bonuses and better generals.
Sioux: The Power Of Tribe
These get faster Cavalry and better scouts and get bonus resources for just controlling territory. Get UUs in the IV/V age with "simulated" better tanks in the late ages.
Celts: The Power Of Woad!
WOAD WARRIORS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
Cheaper Schlors maybe (Druids?)
Arabs: The Power Of Mahommed?
Special camels and assimilate faster, really good in the 3-5 ages.
Persians: The Power Of Al-Medes
Immortals! Fanatics! Yeah!
Hewbrews: The Power Of Faith
Zealot warriors althrough the game!
Ok im done.

like you said, all of these units would make the player own at the end... too overpowered. half of them, though. some of them, too, i don't much like the idea.
besides, you can start earlier with the americans--enlightenment period, you could say, have the minuteman replacing militia: double damage, faster changeover. it would upgrade to national guard by the modern age, triple damage and instant changeover or some such.
i don't mind the abrams, marine/ranger, the apache, or the bradley.
the rest: the planes are both stealth--something you can't get until the very endgame anyway. i don't see the point of bringing them in. mlrs is the regular arty. no need for any unique sea units, really. the rest, i don't see anything so uniquely american about them--heck, germans had better flamethrowers than we did early on.
American's? Power of Freedom? Don't make me laugh ! The Power of keeping their citizen's dumb so they are led to believe they live in freedom is more accurate I believe, but then again too long to use as a power name

Let's NOT turn this into a America slam contest.
Out of all history do you think America has influenced at least enough to be in the top 25 or so of nations?
Yes.
