yep nothing is impenetrable, the point is , is to slow people down (to give u time to react or gather sufficient forces) (and/or) make them go around (so u can attack them from a position you find more favorable).Originally posted by panag

does not work in the terrain , ....
either you go true it , and clear the things in your way as you go along or you dont , ......
going around can be a real pain , .....
works great for fishtraps , but not on land with humans , ......
with remote sentry guns ( we use them allready for years with great succes ) and electronics like those that can sniff human sweat 500 meters away you get the early warning , ..... however , ........ a minefield tends to work both ways , .......

yeah alittle bit more Civ style will be nice. But not to much because, then you got to play Civ instead of RoN. On the other hand the whole history of Mankind in just an hour. . . . No! I think to extend the game is the right way. Keep on i´m waiting for your mod.
