The Chuck Norris military unit was not used in the game Civilization 4, because a single Chuck Norris could defeat the entire combined nations of the world in one turn.

    I guess,

one reason why, not enough people available.

The other games already have problems filling all their minister/whatever...........

How about a moo2 succession game?
It would be quite interesting, since one can kill an enemy race between 20 and 50 turns!

        Wouldn't sound to bad........

But let's wait who else might be interrested.........

or maybe we should try to draft some ideas/restrictions.

Do we want to allow crushing enemies, just during one players turn?

        Stuff like this?

            Succesion game:

The game goes round in a circle and everyone plays fo a limited amount of time, till the next one takes over.

You just have to take whatever has been left by the previous gamer.

It is fairly simple from the principle, but could be hard as people are playing different styles

I have an idea of demogracy game without ministers.
One is really playing the game and people just give advises, like "move that ship over there, research that and build this thing here"

I've never played a DG before but I'd be willing to try.

I’m willing to go for a succession game, but probably won’t be as involved with a democracy game.

Is the democracy government type required?
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

In a succession game the first player sets all the choices -- the rest get to continue on. In a democracy game, I suppose that all the players would vote before hand, set the choices, and every few turns vote on the required decisions to be made.

I take it that this never got off the ground.

can you imagine the fist fights over pick choices?

Not much of a team player myself. That is why I used to play so much baseball. It is really 9 individuals in close proximity to each other.

Then a Sxn game might be better. One player picks up where the other left off. As far as solo sports go, I was into wrestling in high school (wanted something practical) -- & I probably should have also gone out for track.
