I have an idea of demogracy game without ministers.
One is really playing the game and people just give advises, like "move that ship over there, research that and build this thing here"

In a succession game the first player sets all the choices -- the rest get to continue on. In a democracy game, I suppose that all the players would vote before hand, set the choices, and every few turns vote on the required decisions to be made.

Then a Sxn game might be better. One player picks up where the other left off. As far as solo sports go, I was into wrestling in high school (wanted something practical) -- & I probably should have also gone out for track.
