In that case you're describing pretty much any RPG. My favourites are Knight of the Old Republic and Neverwinter Nights. I think you'd like both.

Well, Icewind Dale is on the computer, as are Dungeon Seige, and NeverWinter Nights.
NWN has a difficult learning curve though, and NWN I doesn't work on a lot of machines. I purchased it when it came out (in 2002?) and only in June 2007 when I purchased a new computer would it run. (This would be the THIRD generation of computer I tried to install it on) and even then it was sketchy because I refuse to spend $$$$ for an expensive video card.-->Visit CGN!

IMO, Fallout and Fallout 2 are, by far, the finest the computer role playing genre has offered. Of course they were released in the mid-late 90s, so its hard to get copies that'll work on XP or Vista, but it appears help may be on the way soon with that. So keep that in mind.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Has to do with my usage of left hand..
Thanks
That said, how bad is your hand? I know about the surgery, but if you can type with it, you should be able to handle WASD movement and Fable on the PC.
It's a bit short though.
Check out Fallout for a one handed game. It's slower paced and can be played entirely with the mouse.John Brown did nothing wrong.

I will admit that such a course of action is understandable when I fail to write utilizing common English grammar, syntax, and/or logic.
