Why would anyone build nukes while people can still build cities cheaply? You think that there will be a build up at then a fight? That would make some sense...

I still don't get it. Because you cannot nuke wonder cities first building a city and having it nuked will almost always gain gold. Nukes are extremely overpriced until you run out of spaces to build cities.

* If Trading is sabotauged, you don't lose the costs... not because that makes sense, but because it's too much trouble for me to keep track of, so if you make orders contingent on trade being sabotauged, you can use your full cash.

* Theben, because mafia was already built, I built as many armies as you stated to build if trade was sabotauged and used your original orders to research tech 10. Sadly, it was not enough to save your forces.

* Also, I propose this: "* Rule for future round (When Trojan Horse targets a foreign country's espionage phase it stops a maximum of two spies from that country.)" Otherwise the Trojan horse can become unstoppable if its owner stockpiles more than 1 spy...

Ummm... Theres a reason I spent a whole turn building that Wonder. I built it because its very strong but not the strongest wonder. It would not be fair to me for this game.

Hercules is a Kingmaker. Unless he helps me spy (or wonder build helping); Cowboy -- Cowboy will win a culture victory. If he does I win (very high chance).

I will assume that he will do nothing unless he contacts me with his plan.

Also I think that Spaced Cowboy KGB use will happen at end of turn or during the wonder-making pharse. It does not matter which one.

I misread the Mafia as the NRA. My bad.

Personally I feel that if a player makes a mistake, they make a mistake. I wouldn't have any objection to leaving it as a mistake on my part.

The problem is that spies complete 100% of their missions if not stopped. The problem isn't with the Trojan Horse itself.
