Rock Band 2 and GH: World Tour

I fire shotguns, rifles, and other longarms with my left hand on the trigger and my right hand under the barrel.

I write with my right hand though.

I understand that this is not the usual practice, and that most people use their dominant hand to pull the trigger.

Don't all the nobs, and the whammy bar (or whatever they call it these days) on the guitar get in your way?

I'm natually lefty, but was forced to learn everything right handed in school because it was "too hard for the teacher" to deal with lefthandedness. Same with guns, dad wouldn't re-sight them, so I had to learn righty. And, the teeball coach wouldn't pitch to a lefty...

And I gave up on finding lefty power tools for a reasonable price.

I kept hitting one of the buttons when I tried it, that would trigger the 'superstar' power or whatever it's called, or pause it unintentionally.

It might be our particular PS2 wired guitar that's the problem.

Maybe that should feature as one of the ways of winning fans in the Tour Mode. You can play concerts for money, or concerts for fans, or release your songs on Rock Band

I already have more songs than I can be assed to 5-star (for Guitar Hero). I think quality is important over quantity in this context.

Frotunately the core setlists for both games have lots of great songs.

I imagine those songs are like the "bonus" RB1 tracks, which (by and large) were songs by bands that contain members of Harmonix.

Many of them are simply indie bands.

So the reviews are coming in for GH: WT and it looks like RB2 has it.

Having said that it seems to me the big decision is whether or not to fork out £150 on a game. Once you've decided yes not buying both games for the core setlists looks an odd choice.
