Looks like it was killed by Guitar Hero World Tour on the Wii, which was 12 on the top 20 and just behind GHWT for the 360, and well ahead of GHWT for the PS3. A good (or so Im told) 3rd party game beating out a not very good competing Nintendo offering, and that same 3rd party offering doing well relative to other platforms, would seem to be a good sign for the wii "ecosystem" no?

Yes, nothing made me happier than Wii Music's bomb. The public is finally realizing Nintendo is conning them with the Wii ____ bull****.

Yet Wii Fit was number two on the SW list.

It would seem simply that Wii owners discern between some offerings in the Wii line, like Wii Sports and Wii Fit, versus others, like Wii Music.

Not having played those, I will not venture to say that this is discernment of quality, though I know some people have said it is.

I've done Wii Fit and it's good fun. I have heard that lots of people are leery of Wii Music.

They're all ****ing ****, and if you played them you would know it.

The difference is people didn't know how crap they are til they bought the first batch of the Wii games. Now they know, so they skip the new one.

Wii Fit is different -- it's just a cheaper version of virtually every American's habit of buying a gym membership then never ****ing going.

You're a nation of fat ****s and nobody cares, but they always spend money with the intention of losing weight. Brilliant move on Nintendo's behalf, but it's still a **** "game" no one uses.

It is not fluff, the avatars suck, but the real improvement is the more responsive interface and how much easier it is to navigate through the menus.

I didn't.

The UI is now the best out of all the consoles. The Blade-based approach didn't scale as well.

The Wii is still the worst. The PS3 is middling.
