I like to keep clues obvious so anyone who actually looks for a pattern will find it, but yet hidden so the lazier types will overlook it. I actually like to see my Mafia caught not survive, but unfortuantly the usual clue searcheers were either knocked off by the mafia or by the villagers.

First time I won as a mafia. Nice clues, and lucky for me I could use some of the clues to point at rah
The last round I really had to find some red herrings to survive, and even then I thought there wasn't much chance of me surviving. Considering that the other two players was Jonny (who I couldn't find any red herrings pointing at) and rah (who wasn't even aware of the game until after a couple of rounds)
Without any clues, I couldn't point my finger at Jonny and expecting rah to do the sames, but it was also dangerous to vote for rah because of his absence in the first few rounds
I had two more "clues" pointing to rah, but they were too dangerous to use
1. In the last story the first letter in each line spelt raah, and with the high number of spelling "mistakes" found in the game, I might have been able to persuade Jonny to see this as if Raz just put in an A too much
I didn't use this "clue" as the last three lines in that round spelled out ADG
2. Throughout the whole story Rasputin called himself Raz... just one letter away from rah, again pointing at all the spelling mistakes
I still do see people calling me ADG now and then, but maybe none of them plays Mafia

Scratched and beaten, looked like some ferretts had turned on him. Raz knew the killer was going to try and weasle out of another murder, but hoped if he badgered the guests enough he might get the truth out of them.
obvious clues now, especially when Adagio posts his clue findings in his post of refercnes to Ferrets and Weasels but never to bADGers.
I'm glad nobody noticed that the end of that sentence was missing in my quote

Well-i thought it was definitely rah. I have to admit i dont find the clues against adagio convincing with hindsight. Of course i wasnt sure exactly what level the clues are on, as in reading a detective novel you have some idea of how hard it will be, so this is probably my fault for not looking superclose.

I don't see how I acted like a mafia. For voting first that round? More than a day had passed since the second murder was announced, someone had to vote, and no matter if I was the mafia or not, I would have voted there. Someone had to get the game going
