  • who here hasnt played Golden Eye or Perfect Dark

Ive been told that most folks in OG have played these games, and can discuss the differences in features.

Am I the only one (or almost the only one) here who has played neither?

Start another thread, "who here has reading comprehension problems".

Most of the people who post in OG, I'd be willing to bet, have played those games.

He even emphasized "most" for your benefit.
"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

For the record, I played both very extensively. And Halo and Halo 2.

Assuming this is a serious thread and not some kind of petty point-scoring exercise spilled over from the lower reaches of the OTF...

I have played both. They were good. I would jump at the chance to play them again, but only in 4 player FFA multi games

I played golden eye a ton in college.
I haven't played perfect dark. from wikipedia, it came out may 2000, the month I graduated college and went to law school, a dark period in my gaming life.

Golden eye was an amazing amazing multiplayer experience, for its time.

Played both, actually liked PD's multiplayer better for the bots, though framerates could be rough with 4 people.

I played a little Golden Eye, but not that much. My parents didn't let me be social back in the day, but I don't think it was very good anyway. The maps sucked for the most part I think.

I guess that explains the 9.9/10 reviews and 8 million copies sold -- the crappy maps.

I played GE for like 2 minutes... the only two minutes I've ever spent with a Nintendo 64... PD I've never heard about, I assume that's also a N64 game

whats the biggie? Someone, in a discussion of something else, said that almost everyone in OG had played both games. That surprised me, and I wanted to see if it was really true. By actually asking people.

I just wanted to let Jamski know that thats what this was about, and not that I was looking to buy one or the other.

If y'all think thats an own goal, well good for you.
