Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.

              • Sounds plausible, though I've never heard of it.

                • Yes, it does sound right because it is. "Captain Comic"was one the first shareware titles on the PC that was actually a decent platform game. Nice EGA graphics, decent leveldesign and reasonable scrolling. Plus the game was playable completely free, gratis for nothing!

                  • That says it was also on the NES, not IBM PC only as claimed in the clues.

                    • Well ok, so it did appear on the NES...but from my own knowledge its main public was still the PC.

                            • Amiga game from 1990.
Looked good, seemed good, but was seriously boring. I remember playing this just to see what a full loaded item looked like and how it handled. So I slogged through countless levels to get to that point. Once I got there, I was the same....what a waste.
