The Secret of the Hordes Revealed



Spaced Cowboy mourns over the body of Paddy the Scot

Ljube had really been enjoying the war for overlord. Everything had been working out so perfectly. He had fooled those gullible Austral Hordlings into doing his dirty work so that he could continue his rants against the Eventine conspiracy unmolested. Sure, the "proof" contained in his Protocols of the Elders of Eventis had been thoroughly discredited as the crude fabrication that it was, but the Hordes had wreaked such havoc on the galaxy that it no longer mattered. Until now.

With their figurehead Paddy the Scot out of the fight, the Hordes desperately needed leadership. This meant that Ljube and Spaced Cowboy (his co-conspirator) could no longer work safely behind the scenes. It was time to assume their mantle as co-leaders of the Austral Hordes.

Thus, in a coordinated strategy, the Hordes launched an all-out attack on what little good and freedom remained in the galaxy.

Spaced Cowboy directs the first attack.

Through a series of smart, bold moves, Chaunk had steered himself into a leading position in the fight for Galactic Overlord. It did not come without notice.

Earlier, the Hordes identified the shortcomings of their dearly departed leader's all-attack strategy, but had become paralysed as to what to do about it. Their new leaders provided the solution: the leadership would ensure that the holdings of the Hordes would be protected while the Hordes went out and did they did best.

Following the orders of their new leaders, Rubychaser, Blondie and tism launched their full fleets against Chaunk.

tism's 15 Torpedo Battleships, 3 Fighter Battleships, and 1 Fighter Cruiser; Rubychaser's 3 Fighter Battleships and 4 Torpedo Battleships; and Blondie's 20 Torpedo Cruisers face Chaunk's 55 Laser Frigates, 6 Fighter Frigates and 6 Torpedo Frigates.

In a galaxy like this, with aggressive players like this, it's not too smart to build bases. I warned about that a few days ago.

I doubt Chaunk will live.
