  • I love it so far .

Sure, the graphics are just slightly better than in Morrowind, but the game seems much better. The one city I've been to is actually quite alive, and what's better, quests really seem more involved, requiring you to do some investigation, talking around, etc. - not just go there, bring me that.

    Very satisfied!

    • The "follow X" quests somewhat annoy me because I'm on always run and the people I'm following are slowly walking... I always want to push them .

                • Oh. Well, it still has the problem of being for an Xbox .

But I do now have a reason to upgrade. Sorta.

You may be bugged on both of these. On mine, in the bottom center of the lockpick game there is a button for "Auto-pick", although I can't remember at the moment if that's exactly what it's called. There is a "done" or "cancel" button in the bottom right hand corner. The autopick button may still break your picks, but has a chance of success. Done will end where it is. If yours isn't showing up, I don't know why.

On dropping items, open the inventory, hold down the shift key and left click the item to drop it. Or, just left click and hold the button down for a second or two, which will drop the item and take you out of inventory in grab mode, meaning the item you just dropped will be hovering in the air with you holding onto it. Neither one will work if your cursor is pointed at anything you have an interaction option with. If that's the case, you'll get the message "No room to drop this here".

As stated before, I can see both buttons, but had no idea how to get down to them. Other forums they gave me a way.

                        • In a very busy melee (I love the battles in this one btw, very chaotic and quick and brutal), I've hit an ally a couple of times, but they have yet to turn on me.

                          • one more question. How is the action?

I'm not looking for an action game, but a RPG.

In Morrowind I always used the Use best attack button. I couldn't be bothered to move the mouse left/right or forward backwards whatever.

Is combat (and from what I read- lockpicking) doable for use less gifted dexterity people?

                            Comment

                            • You can press a button to automatically pick locks, then you just skip the minigame.

The combat, IMO, requires no special dexterity. You just stand there and whack at them. Although it might be slightly different if you are also doing blocking, for which you need to hold down a button, IIRC.
