Sorry to anyone who misunderstood, but the rolling eyes were for my bad pun, not for Dark Cloud, who I assume put the list together.
York is the only city to appear 3 times in Civ 2.

If you want to write the spelling of York in Latvian, you write 'Jork'.
So it's probably latvo-american..
One could also say 'York Pork' but I don't know if it fits for the situation (I was studying swine herding when I was 12-13 and I read in one book about the 'excellent Yorkshire pig sort'..).

I'll add a belated vote for computers. 11 fleets going at once is better than the protection you get from plasma. It seems Dark Cloud has disappeared too, so I'll make any changes to the list when I have time. If it isn't done within the next hour, please message me (only) to make the change. Cheers.

Not sure if you have noticed Duke but anyone with the rank of King (or Deity or Founder) can change the list now, so if you find a mistake..........feel free to fix it (especially if it is to your planets).

I would prefer to see the planets in order, but as I don't want to fix it, I will wait for someone else to notice and let them fix it

By the way, are their any other Emporer King Duke's in Apolyton or are you the only one

Obviously, the techs are the same.
I can't spare a fleet for an hour, so take what you need, One missile launcher is easy for even a couple of fighters (though check with SpeedSim first), so go for it.
I've got a spare fleet slot, but I like to keep at least one free in case of fleetsaving desperation.

I've got King status, and thus admin powers. What can/can't I do, and what the hell do the Switch buttons in the admin screen mean? I only went in to try to change the name of my colony on the list, got scared by my power, and retreated straightaway.

I've never tried them, actually. Until I know what they do, I'll continue to not touch them. To update the colonies click on the internal text link just below those switch buttons. As I'm updating the colony list right at the moment though, did you mind PMing me any changes needed?

its quite easy to just scroll along the gal screen and check for ''apolyton'' tags although very time consuming to search the universe. i imagine theres a nutcase somewhere who has there always is for these games
