I think it's save to rob any undefended planets. We can allways give the stuff back.
Anybody with an (i) next to them is bound to be sacked: we might as well do it ourselves.

Yes it is finished and I have researched techs since it finished. I am quite happy, some of my research times even became reasonable again

It dropped my times almost in half (my second research lab is level 7 so they worked as a level 17 Research Lab). It will take me 4 days to research Level 2 of IRN so unless I upgrade another lab to level 10 I won't be going for IRN 2 for a bit yet (the hardest part about upgrading labs is that you can't research anything while you do so on any planet ).

                    • I am debating between researching Computers 10 which will give me the opportunity to build Nanite Factories (after upgrading Robotic Factories) and also give me an extra fleet slot (11) or to research Plasma 7 and start building Plasma Cannons for defense.

                      Anyone with input?

Either way, my list of things I cannot build is getting short, so soon I can focus on increasing my fleet and speeding up my fleet very soon

so the question boils down between:
                        A) more fleets=more raiding=more fleetsaving

                        or B) building strong defenses.

You're not really asking me, is it

                        • If you're short of fleet slots/fields, go for puters, if you're worrying about defense (particularly attacking DS), go plasma.

It seems that robotics + fleets is a better investment..

                          • Computers!

I'm sorry that I sent a circular message (my first, so not that shameful, but I didn't want to abuse them) to let you know of my colonisation plans, but Spiffor said I had to so that no-one else would steal the spot, and since it's a long way away, then I wouldn't be pleased if it returned home.

I'm in no position to research anything at the moment, but hope to get enough to grab at least one tech this weekend.

                            • Hey! Who put the list of planets on the alliance screen together? My colony in galaxy 3 is called "Yes Minster", not Yes Minister.
It's an atrocious pun on the wonderful BBC series, and on York's most famous landmark.
I have no idea what I'll call my colony in Spiffor's system. Perhaps another terrible York pun, or something else.
Anyone know any other names for York in other languages?
