      Quick response sent in return.

EDIT: I don't check my PMs too often since my Plus ran out. Standard Poly doesn't notify me when I have a new PM, so I have to manually check every so often.

I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

Really? I've never had plus and it gives me a popup when I get a new PM.

Good to see my planets were of some use .

I completely forgot about this game with Civ4. Hey, it was just to tide me over until Civ4 anyway .

            Combined with a popup-blocker, yes.

It just takes time to find targets.
Ask your more advanced neighbours or advance espionage tech and build a couple of probes.

                  In other news:

(and don't say Im unlucky, my field count for colonies has been 69, 111, 38 thusfar and I don't see how that could be described by fortune)

In the previous thread I managed to get two orbit4 planets with less than 50 fields. The third attempt got me a 300+ field planet though, so its all the luck of the draw. Just keep trying (and kylle that colony immediately)!

Hmm, I am not in a situation to kill it - colony ship is a BIG investment for me.
Once I get to point I can pump out them easily, I'll surely disband this one and seek for better.

And I feel I will fill the planet this same day..

Btw - Skanky, why fo you need HyperT8 if HyperT7 is enough for jump gate and HyperT6 for DS?

For some reason, Firefox always misses the PM popups, but I never get any of the standard Poly popups. I'm not sure why that is.

Oh, I can scan just fine - still takes time to do all that scanning

IRN. I want faster research times so I don't spend days for each tech.

You just don't like clicking around galaxy screen and waiting for 1-2minutes for probe to travel. I find it boring sometimes too. Once I get my first wave of [crap] colonies done, I'll build some mil and attack defended targets instead of searching close and far..

You'll still spend ages on the galaxy screen.
Even though you can attack active players, then you'll still need to find one that's worth your while attacking - some won't have enough resources, and others will be too heavily defended.
