This guy had three well developped planets very close to me (all in the same system). He had been so foolish to attack me during our assault on [blu]
A good week ago I smashed him, and raided him some more after that. He appeared to ahve left. Recources accumulated and nothing was build.
I had forgotten about him for a while.
Today I returned:
Part of the succes must be that he still isn't listed as inactive, and he is in a one-person alliance (or in an alliance with himself ), so the usual raiders fail to spot him.
(i'm going to postpone my vacation mode for a few hours and suck him dry )

I've sent this ingame, but no answer, so Im saying again - if anyone knows a good place (4th-9th planet) for colony in galaxies 1, 3, or 4, please let me know in-game.

I've taken my vacation mode now. I've got exams on 8th and 13th December, and need to get some work done!
I may well pop back next weekend to see whether I can send my new colony ship out, but will be retiring from weekday service until my exams are done.
