What recources do you need, and more imortant: when should they arrive. It will be at least 4 hours, and you need to have the time to spend it, or you'll get raped again.
I can pull out 100k or so.

Maybe you should go into vacation mode? You won't produce anything, which is bad, but still better perhaps then that your planetary defenses get eaten away.
