I'm starting to raid poorly defended planets (inactive) like the one the Duke spotted.
the undefended ones are too often raided by others, thus my ships return only half full.

Well i've had another probe sent my way(from a different planet than before). Sadly the messages i sent to the other civs in my system(one of greetings and offering friendship) have remained unanswered

Still i dont have any (i)nactive players in my system, so it can only mean bad stuff coming

And i'm a way of building my first colony ship(maybe two days?).

Next: heavy fighters.
The uni there has no inactives (the game started two weeks ago), so I'll have to blast my way through.

The attacker has lost a total of 0 Units.
The defender has lost a total of 2000 Units.
At these space coordinates now float 0 Metal and 0 Crystal.

Even though the report says the defender lost 2000 units (his missiles), a follow up probe reveals it re-emerged.

Yes that has been a good planet for me as well. I think it is full.

Having trouble probing. Keep getting messages that the player that I'm probing is under noobie protection. And they show up as red on the system scan (red=strong player). WTF?

Ehrrmm, you are the noob there

You can't attack players who otherwise could not retaliate since you're a noob.

In other words: noob protection works both ways

So, I can't scan them because I am under 500 (345 to be exact). That shouldn't be the problem for scanning, I'm not trying to attack them. You would think that i can still scan them, just at a technological disadvantage.
