The leaders fly off the track. Snoop cruises off on his 11 movement so his new speed is 10
By using his bags Druggie goes off on his 10th movement so his new speed is 9.
Those bags may assist those behind though.
Since I believe there was no intent in going off the track to take advantage,
I've halved the difference between the intentional penalty and oil penalty.
-4 to max speed but still removal of their remaining WCs and SBs.

Jeff dances and hits 1 and sets up the turn perfectly and now has the advantage.
For now

Cowboy hits 5 bags and clears
Butch hits 3 and has sand underneath
John and Kass now know what they need to know and will they be able to use their
higher max speed to make up more ground.

IT"S GOING TO BE CLOSE. 46 turns in and there is still drama.
But Wheeler has the last remaining SB.
