If you've got any ships left then fill them, and send them somewhere far away. You can recall them after he has attacked, and found nothing.

I didn't have the Crystals to build a new Cargo Ship (they are all out on raids) so this was the best I could do. And my Fusion Plant is at 100%, so the Deut amount will be less when he gets here

Atragon, search for Apolyton under the Alliances menu, and ask Hueij if you can join. I doubt he'll say no. He'll need all the help he can get to pound this evil so-and-so who has attacked him today.
