Tell you the truth, that's the biggest reason I want haste, you just plod to slowly without haste.
I was trying to see if I could make some boots that work the same way.
Well actually... I'm trying to get a "running tool" to work properly today. The idea being you can toggle running (at Haste speed) on and off, it won't work if you already have Haste speed or 12 or more Monk levels, and it switches off automatically in combat mode. A right bugger of a script.

You see they have low base damage but high weapon speed and an improved critical range so if you build your character right you can get critical damage 50% of the time and every time you get a critical hit the enemy must make a saving throw or die.

You have to take a bunch of feats to get the crit on 11-20 but it can be done. Regular kukris have crits on 18-20 while a long sword has crits on 19-20.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.Comment
