They sure do. I was only trying to go to the monastery to see what they had for sale again. Sneaking didn't work and invisibility didn't either.

I might just have to use my other helmet, since it's the only one of my equip that has spell resistance, but I like my cool rogue hood

Greater Sanctuary isn't 100% foolproof. They have to make a Will Save to see you against a DC of 17+ your casting attribute (i.e. INT or CHA or WIS) bonus.

Nope, that's standard sanctuary, greater sanctuary has no opposing save.

I have boogered up my potential greatsword weaponmaster though. Not enough intelligence from the off means I'm incredibly strong but not smart enouhg to pick up Intimidate points quick enough.

Not only that, but you need INT 13 to take Expertise.

To the person asking about SP modules, check out Twilight and Midnight, by Rick Burton. They're not for everybody, but I loved them. They require a Paladin character, which is one of my least favourite classes, but the class is modified heavily enough so as to be playable. They're also extremely limited in terms of player freedoms (you only get exactly the equipment that the module creator wants you to have, for example), but at least there are dialog options for nice-Paladin and jerk-Paladin.

In fact, when I was looking for modules I trawled through the top of the module list at nwvault.ign.com (sorted by score) and picked the ones that looked interesting. I think that's a good strategy.

I just started HotU again last night, with a dual-wielding 10 Fighter/10 Tempest/1 Weaponmaster (Katana) character. I haven't played enough to decide whether she plays well, or it's just the numbers talking (and the portrait I picked, which is totally hot).

Yes. The documentation is incorrect, as it is for so many spells
