No, there's a rocket launcher for rocket launching. The crossbow is there because it was in the first game and you can pin guys to walls (though not as cool as in Painkiller, it's still cool).

The modding community is going to have a field day with this. One group is already making a Speedball 2 remake called sourceball

I'm actually pretty interested in a true HL1 Source mod, not just the crappy 5 minute one released by Valve. There are a few mod teams that are completely rebuilding the game with the Source engine. That should be pretty cool."Luck's last match struck in the pouring down wind." - Chris Cornell, "Mindriot"

The term "source" is a bit confusing. Does this mean Valve has released the sourcecode for HL1?Originally posted by BustaMike

OK, I just finished it
...and was disapointed.
While I greatly enjoyed playing HL2, the game was unbelievably linear and I'm not sure how much replay value it has.
HL1 was a better game IMO.'Arguing with anonymous strangers on the internet is a sucker's game because they almost always turn out to be - or to be indistinguishable from - self-righteous sixteen year olds possessing infinite amounts of free time.'
