Well, it's supposed to take all the frigates first, then all the the cruisers, then the battleships, etc, with the ones first in the OOB being elimianted first; I don't know how Ljube's doing it.

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

Suppose your OoB was TTLLFF. Then it's all torpedoes first, strating with smaller ships (i.e. frigates) finishing with titans, then moving to laser frigates and so on.

I don't remember this vote, but there is no harm to repeat it here. Everybody, let's fix this issue once and for all.
How destroyed ships should be removed?
A) All ships of one type first, before moving to the next type, in the same order as the order of battle. Start removing frigates first, titans last.
B) All frigates first, before moving to larger ships. Among the ships of the same size, remove them in the same order as the order of battle.

Hmm... no strong convictions either way, but I'll vote A 'cuz it favours the smaller partner in an allied attack.~ If Tehben spits eggs at you, jump on them and throw them back. ~ Eventis ~ Eventis Dungeons & Dragons 6th Age Campaign: Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 4: (Unspeakable) Horror on the Hill ~

Well, the difference between A and B is very small with one important exception: If the attacking fleet is similar in strength to the defending fleet. In that case the order of battle comes to play. With A you can score more hits if you have an order of battle like XXY-YZZ, while with B it would be better to have the order of battle like XYZ-XYZ.
My vote is with A. I think it offers more flexibility and what is perhaps even more important rapid transformation of the composition of the fleet.
