            Turn 1 - Everybody's flipping out

The crew of the Federation starship Voyager with their Captain Kassiopeia Janeway is stranded in the delta quadrant 75000 light years away from their home base. The entity simply known as the Caretaker that possesses extraordinary ability to traverse vast distances in space almost instantaneously is responsible for Voyager’s detour. The Caretaker has pulled Voyager with it unintentionally and the trip through the very fabric of space has had a detrimental effect on the ship. The Caretaker is conscious of his error and is now taking all steps necessary to help Captain Janeway and her crew repair their ship and then return home.

The Caretaker has provided Captain Kassiopeia Janeway with 3 Caretaker’s Arrays (sort of bases) to facilitate the repairs and to cater for the necessary supplies. She immediately constructed another one and began shipbuilding, even spare parts stockpiling, but this fervent activity will soon prove to be not enough. For the sensors started tracking a task force of Kazon ships on an assault course.

Well, the ships appeared Kazon at first, but they were later identified as being Trabe ships in fact. Not much difference to Captain Kassiopeia as she soon found herself under attack by a numerically superior foe.

Battle No. 1: GeoModder attacks Kassiopeia
            GeoModder: 2LB, 3FB, 2TB, 1FC, OoB: FFL-TLT, back off, normal
            Kassiopeia: 2LB, 2FB, 1TB, OoB: LFT-LFT, normal, normal

            11F – 6L – Kassiopeia takes 5 hits
            11F – 6F – Kassiopeia takes 5 hits
            3L – 6T – GeoModder takes 3 hits

Kassiopeia loses one of her laser battleships, while the other one is damaged. GeoModder’s carrier cruiser is also damaged. The battle continues:

            12T – 1.5L – Kassiopeia takes 10 hits
            6L – 6F – No damage taken
            6T – 3T – Kassiopeia takes 3 hits

Kassiopeia loses a total of two laser battleships and one carrier battleship. Her other carrier battleship is badly damaged. Only her flagship torpedo battleship Voyager is intact. She is forced to withdraw from her newly constructed Array, which is occupied by GeoModder.

            *******

At the same time on a far end of the delta quadrant a life and death struggle is taking place. The species simply known as 8472 that exists in a parallel universe takes on the ultimate menace of the delta quadrant, the Borg.

Battle No. 2: Smiley attacks GeneralTacticus
Smiley: 8LB, 1FF, 1TF, OoB: FLL-FTT, close in, normal, fight to the death
            GeneralTacticus: 5LF, 5FF, 5TF, OoB: TLT-LFF, normal, normal

            2F – 5T – Smiley takes 3 hits
            48L – 10L – GeneralTacticus takes 38 hits
            48L – 10T – GeneralTacticus takes 38 hits

All 15 Borg cubes are destroyed and their queen GeneralTacticus is captured and infected with a deadly virus. Ten hours later she died in anguish.

Smiley takes control of all 4 Borg planets. He lost one carrier frigate in the process and one of his laser battleships is slightly damaged.

            *******

With the Borg out of the picture, the Kazon can now take control of the entire quadrant. Or, rather, they could if they were united. One of the Kazon leaders, Joncha Culluh, First Maje of the Kazon Nistrim sect realises the opportunity and invites Rizik Jamski, First Maje of the powerful Kazon Ogla sect to join him in an alliance aimed at uniting all Kazon sects and dominating the quadrant. Jamski accepts the invitation, but trusts joncha not and plans secretly to attack him and destroy the Nistrim sect thus becoming the sole most powerful Kazon faction and probably uniting them all under his rule. A bold plan, dependant on joncha’s complacency. But joncha didn’t trust Jamski either.

Battle No. 3: Jamski attacks joncha
            Jamski: 4LB, 4FB, 2TB, 1LC, OoB: LTF-LTF, close in, spread out
            Joncha: 3LB, 1FB, 1TB, 1FF, OoB: LLF-TFT, close in, normal

            56L – 36L – joncha takes 20 hits
            12F – 72L – Jamski takes 60 hits
6T – 12F – Jamski takes 6 hits and his attacking fleet is destroyed

Joncha loses all three of his laser battleships and his fighter frigate but he repels Jamski’s attack and defends all his planets. First Maje Rizik Jamski dies in battle and is succeeded by his son Rizik II, who inherits a ruined empire.

            *******

Mathematics has never been the better side of the Kazon. So it is not surprising that First Maje Minnis Theben of the Kazon Pommar sect ordered the construction of 10 of each type of battleships with the material enough for only 10 battleships in total. When his engineers ran out of parts after they constructed the tenth laser battleship, Maje Theben realised his mistake and decided to take math classes.

            *******

In other news, a peaceful nation of builders led by Whoha is eradicated when the cyborgs they constructed to defend their world rebel and turn upon their creators. Whoha is eliminated. Spaced Cowboy captures his 5 undefended bases with a single torpedo battleship.
