Sorry to hear that your kukris met a sticky end Spike. Especially after all the good work Jam did.
It does sound as though there is a DM with a pretty mean sense of humour out there. Can you not post on the (little-used) Folderol forums about this problem, especially seeing as others seem to have had the same trouble, and perhaps one of the kindly DMs can set up a chest with a weapon in strong enough to get you out of the cave once your ordinary weapons have been eaten by the rust monster?

Things took a turn for the better last night. Someone portalled to me and we went hunting. After killing some stuff and levelling to 9 I went back to the druids and replaced everything. I would have had to anyway (except the kukris, which will mean I'll now have to go back to the monastery and buy some of the others Jam created) so the stuff I lost (2 kukris, armour, a ring, a helmet and a longsword ) was no big deal.
For reference you have to strip naked and punch the blighters to death!
Btw I'll be on at 8 GMT tonight if anyone is interested. Send tell to Nord Spikian.

Spike, go and kill some Halfling on the second floor of CREEP HQ, found in Gnoma. You'll be happy about that, trust me

Rogue/fighter/weapon master 13/14/13
His Kukris are upgrades of "Hatred" and "Strife" taken from the shadow master in HOTU. They are both +10 and Keen, both give true seeing, 20 spell resistance, haste, and +2 regeneration.
"Hatred" gives an extra 2D6 Fire Damage +Poison(-2 strength) upon hitting, and "Strife" does an extra 2DG acid damage and 50% chance of "doom" upon hitting.
They make quite the nice pair.

Very nice.
One question: why so many fighter and WM levels? If you wanted to, you could just make it a Rogue 27/Fighter 6/WM 7. That would get you Ki Critical and Increased Multiplier (the two big WM feats), plus Epic Weapon Specialization. You'd also have a sneak attack of at least +14d6 (more with Improved Sneak), compared to +7d6 with your build. Trying to imagine how this build would be made...
Rogue 1, Dodge, Expertise
Fighter 1
Fighter 2, Mobility, Focus (kukri)
Fighter 3
Fighter 4, Spring Attack
Fighter 5, Weapon Specialization
Rogue 2
Rogue 3
Rogue 4, WW Attack
WM 1
WM 2
WM 3, Power Attack
WM 4
WM 5
WM 6, Cleave
WM 7
Rogue 5
Rogue 6, Improved Crit
Rogue 7
Rogue 8
Fighter 6, Epic Focus, Epic Spec (Kukri)
Rogue from there on out.
At level 20, this Kukri Monster variant would have a BAB of 12+6=18 (giving you the four attacks/round with your main weapon).
Problem with this build is that you don't get the two-weapon feats until much later. I suppose we could alleviate this by taking more fighter levels at the expense of rogue levels...
Also, can someone verify for me if prestige classes are considered when figuring the XP penalty for multiclassing? (IIRC, they shouldn't in 3.5e...)

I'm not complaining though "Arnold" is quite the fun character to play. A liitle later, maybe I'll introduce you to some of the other builds that I've given a go

I think in that case, you should find some scrolls of Improved Invisibility and put them on the quickbar. Unless you've been neglecting Use Magic Device, you should be able to use them... (of course, there's always the possibility of arcane spell failure due to your armor. Blah. Just go with potions of inviso instead.)
Actually, does sneak attack work with Whirlwind Attack? Because if it does...

Nope

Hit Points and BaB, I guess. Its surprising how big an effect +1 BaB is when you have four (or five with Haste) attacks/round.

OK then. However, if I'm not mistaken, the BAB progression for everyone once they hit level 21 is +1 per 2 levels... so the extra fighter/WM levels would only really affect the BAB as long as they were all taken before level 20 (except the one needed to get Epic Spec). Granted, that conviently ignores Superior Weapon Focus.
So I'll revise that to Rogue 15/Fighter 12/WM 13. If its first 20 levels go Rogue 1/Fighter 11/WM 8, then it'd have a BAB of +19, +2 from Focus and Superior Focus. At 40 levels, its BAB would be +29, +3 from Focus and Epic Focus, +3 from Superior Focus, plus strength and enchantment bonuses.
...and with Haste and all the dual-wield feats, this beast would have SEVEN attacks per round. (Or is it capped at six in NWN? I know that in stock 3rd edition, there's no cap, plus there are extra dual-wield feats, such that one could get up to 8 attacks before Haste... )

Vlad, I think I might have to give that last one a shot, Looks good
BTW, after playing around a bit, I've realized that sneak attack really isn't necessary for good ol' "Arnold". He gets so many criticals that it doesn't really matter. I took him up against a Lvl 40 cleric, and in the 4 swings of the Kukri that it took to kill this guy, he hit for 100, 99, 96, oh and one for a measly 32
Needless to say it was a very quick battle
