Not sure I understand new cities, but if this is true...
Big bucks, big expansion
Skanky Burns surprised the world by spending 228 gold on a total of 13 new cities, making his empire by far the largest.
Wouldn't the cost have been more then 228 Gold??
He had 5 cities at the start of his turn so cities 6-13 would have cost...
6 - 18 Gold
7 - 21 Gold
8 - 24 Gold
9 - 27 Gold
10 - 30 Gold
11 - 33 Gold
12 - 36 Gold
13 - 39 Gold (total of 6 - 13 is 228 Gold)
Re: Trojan Horse
Originally it gave you one spy even before you had espionage, but none extra afterwards. people felt this was underpowered, so it got changed to one extra spy every turn, meaning you get 1 when there are none normally, and 2 after espionage.
Re: Trade sabotage
Entire turn, both sending and recieving get sabotaged.

But that allows for a loop hole where you can send all of your caravans to someone and then sabatoge their trade so that you get benefits from it and they don't - effectively bypassing the entire point of trade, which is that it's a two-way deal and that you have to give someone else a bonus to recieve yours.
Or would disrupting someone's trade also prevent the sender from recieving money?
I suppose you could also add an ammendment saying that you can't disrupt a trading partner.

But you burn up a spy in the process, so it's not an exploit.
